What are your shipping charges?
It is a flat rate shipping charge of $25 to anywhere in California. For other contiguous states, the charge is $45.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped via FedEx ground.
Do you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally?
At the present time, we only ship to the contiguous 48 states.
When will I receive my order?

Do the bikes come fully assembled?
All our bicycles will arrive 80% assembled. In most cases, you will only need to add the front tire, handle bar, pedals and seat. For safety reasons, we always recommend that you let a trained professional to assemble your bike.
Do you offer assembly?
For our customers who decide to pickup their order, we offer the option to have your bike fully assembled during the time of pickup.
Can I pickup my bike?
Yes. You are welcomed to pickup your order from our distribution center in City of Industry, CA. This option is available as a shipping option to our California customers during checkout.
